Can the AI cause double bookings?

The AI only offers times the calendar reports as free when checked and applies your grid and buffers. This reduces the risk of double bookings, but availability can still change before the event is created.

Can callers cancel appointments too?

Yes, cancelling and rescheduling also works during the call. The calendar is updated immediately.

What if the caller wants something else?

Then the AI carries on as usual: answering questions, taking a callback or transferring to your team.
