What built-in tools does the chatbot have?

Six built-in tools: Live Chat (human takeover), Leads (capture name/email/phone), Appointments (booking via Google Calendar or built-in Local Calendar), Feedback (collect ratings on bot answers), Questions (log unanswered questions for follow-up), and URL Search (web search for current information). Each can be enabled per chatbot in the Tools tab.

Can the chatbot book appointments in my calendar?

Yes. Choose between Google Calendar (two-way sync, checks existing events to prevent double-bookings) or the built-in Local Calendar (no setup needed). Configure working hours per weekday, meeting duration, and pre/post-buffer times. Bookings are saved in the dashboard and, for Google Calendar, in your calendar.

How does lead capture work?

When the chatbot detects a natural moment (visitor asks for pricing, requests a callback, expresses interest), it asks for name, email, and phone in conversation. Captured leads are saved in the Leads dashboard with status tracking (New, Contacted, Qualified, Lost) and CSV export on paid plans.

How does the chatbot integrate with my CRM or other tools?

Two paths: API Connectors call any REST API directly (e.g. write a lead to your CRM), or use Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect with services like Zapier, which then routes to thousands of other apps. Both approaches let the chatbot trigger actions during conversations.

Are email notifications sent for leads, bookings, and live chat?

Yes. Each tool can email configured recipients when activity occurs (new lead, new booking, live chat request). The Free plan sends notifications only to the account email; paid plans support multiple recipients via comma-separated email lists.

Which tools require paid plans?

Human chat takeover requires Standard or above; full Live Chat requires Premium or above. API Connectors require Standard, and AI-generated proactive messages require Premium. Leads, Appointments, Feedback, Questions, and URL Search are available on the Free plan with usage limits.
