A Meta Business Account (create one at business.facebook.com)
A WhatsApp Business Account linked to your Meta Business Account
A verified phone number for WhatsApp Business (must not be used with regular WhatsApp)
A WebChatAgent account on the Standard plan or above with at least one configured chatbot
Important: The phone number you use for WhatsApp Business cannot be used with the regular WhatsApp app at the same time. Use a dedicated business number.

Set up WhatsApp Business Account
Create a WhatsApp Business Account via the WhatsApp Business Platform. You'll need to verify your business and phone number through Meta Business Manager.
Connect in your Dashboard
Open your chatbot's settings page in WebChatAgent. In the WhatsApp Business section, click Connect WhatsApp Business – you'll be redirected to Meta's Embedded Signup to authorize WebChatAgent. No own Meta App or developer account required.
Select Business Account & Number
After authorization, select your Business Account and the Phone Number you want to use, then click Save.
Configure webhook (automatic)
WebChatAgent automatically configures the webhook with Meta to receive incoming WhatsApp messages – no manual work.
Test your integration
