How to choose the right plan for your business
WebChatAgent offers five transparent tiers, Free, Basic (€15), Standard (€29), Premium (€69), and Enterprise, so you only pay for what you actually need. Every plan includes the core GDPR-compliant AI chatbot with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), German hosting, and multi-language support. The differences are in message volume, number of agents, team seats, and advanced features like API connectors or hidden branding.
Pick the plan that matches your traffic
The Standard plan at €29 per month is the best fit for most growing businesses. It unlocks WhatsApp integration, live-chat takeover, proactive triggers, and a generous message allowance. If you're just getting started, Free lets you test the full RAG engine on a single chatbot, no credit card required. Larger setups upgrade to Premium, while resellers use the dedicated White-Label plans. Pick your plan by matching these four signals:
How many chatbots do you need? One bot per brand/website is typical. Premium supports up to 10 agents for multiple websites or client projects.
How many monthly chat messages do you expect? Standard covers most growing-business traffic; Premium adds headroom for high-volume support.
Do you need white-label branding? Hiding WebChatAgent branding in the widget starts on Basic; a fully branded platform with custom domain uses the separate monthly White-Label plans.
Do you need API connectors to push leads into your CRM, HubSpot, or a custom webhook? Available from Standard upwards.
What counts as a message?
A message is one chat message, either from the visitor or from the AI. A typical question-and-answer exchange therefore counts as 2 messages. If you run out of included messages, you can top up via add-ons (€5 / 500 messages) without changing your plan. Quotas reset on the first of each month.
Monthly vs yearly billing
Every paid tier is available as monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing gives you a flat 20 % discount on top of the monthly price, billed once per year. You can switch between intervals any time from your dashboard, the next invoice is pro-rated automatically.
GDPR, AVG, and data protection
All customer and visitor data is processed on servers hosted in Germany. WebChatAgent ships with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AV-Vertrag) that you can countersign before go-live, and we do not use your data to train any underlying large language model. This makes WebChatAgent suitable for healthcare, legal, financial, and other regulated industries across the EU.

Agencies & resellers: white-label
If you sell chatbots to your own clients, the White-Label plans give you a branded platform with custom domain support, client management, and a reseller structure. Small partners can start with White-Label Solo for one client bot and scale later through larger plans or add-ons.
