Up to 5 buttons of four types: Link (any URL), WhatsApp (phone number for chat), Form (custom lead-capture form), or Calendly (embedded scheduling page). When the Action Bar is enabled, it replaces the prompt buttons at the bottom of the chat widget.

Enter a URL and choose whether it opens in a new tab or the same window. Useful for linking to product pages, booking pages, or any external resource.

Build a custom form with 8 field types (text, email, phone, textarea, select, checkbox, number, info text). Mark fields as required, set placeholders, reorder with arrow buttons. When a visitor submits, the form is saved as a lead in the dashboard, with email and phone fields automatically detected and mapped.

Enter your Calendly URL. When a visitor clicks the button, the Calendly scheduling page opens embedded inside the chat widget, no redirect, no pop-up.

Submissions are saved as leads in the Leads dashboard. Email and phone fields are automatically mapped to lead columns; all other fields go to the lead's additional info. If notifications are configured, your team receives an email alert for each new submission.
