No. Your clients use your branded platform and chatbot experience. WebChatAgent runs in the background as the infrastructure provider.

What do I pay when starting?

You pay the selected monthly White-Label plan plus optional add-ons and separate services such as the Stripe billing integration. Plan prices and add-ons are shown transparently in the pricing section.

Do I need a White-Label plan to sell chatbots to my clients?

Only if you want to operate your own branded platform under your own domain. On a regular paid plan, you can still build chatbots for third parties on webchatagent.com; for a fully branded platform you choose one of the monthly White-Label plans.

Do I need to contact you before buying?

No. The platform is designed so you can start with a white-label plan directly. If you have special requirements, custom features, or larger volume needs, you can still contact us.

How are messages counted?

1 user message counts as 1 message. 1 AI response counts as 1 message. So one question and one answer together count as 2 messages.

Are messages assigned per chatbot?

No. Messages are shared across all chatbots in your white-label platform. This makes it easier to manage multiple clients because some bots may use more messages while others use fewer.

How do indexed pages and storage work?

Indexed pages and storage are part of the shared package quota for your white-label platform. If a client project needs more capacity, you add indexed-page or storage add-ons; additional bots are separate chatbot slots.

Can I create customer accounts?

Yes. As a white-label admin, you can create and manage your own customer/user accounts and assign access depending on your setup.

Can my clients manage their own chatbots?

Yes. Your clients can get access to your branded platform depending on the permissions and setup you provide.

Can I charge my own customers?

Yes. You decide how you package and sell the chatbot service to your customers. Optional Stripe billing integration can be added for automated client billing.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Standard white-label plans can be cancelled according to the selected billing terms. Custom enterprise agreements may have individual minimum terms.

Can I request custom features?

Yes. Custom features can be developed on request and are priced individually depending on scope.
