Use this form to cancel a paid subscription concluded with us. After submitting, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. We will confirm the exact end date separately.

This form is intended for consumers (private customers) with contracts from before the switch to business customers only. Business customers cancel in the customer account or in text form (Section 10 of the T&Cs), white-label partners additionally under Section 12.
