How often does it re-index?

Automatic per source. Sites recrawl regularly, docs on upload, Notion/Confluence via webhook or polling.

Does my data stay private?

Yes. Hosted in Germany, not used for training underlying LLMs.

How large can the knowledge base be?

Knowledge capacity is measured by extracted text: Free includes 100,000 characters, Basic 2 million, Standard 10 million, and Premium 25 million. Individual file limits range from 5 MB on Basic to 50 MB on Premium.

Can I remove outdated sources?

Yes, any time from the dashboard. Removed documents are deleted from the index immediately.
